What is PARACLIMBING?

The sport of climbing has been shifted onto the main stage, after its inclusion in the Olympics and it is a very exciting time for the sport in general. But where does the Paralympic equivalent of this exciting sport fit into all this? As a member of the Great Britain Paraclimbing team, I wanted to discuss some of my experiences and give people a little bit of a rundown into the sport.
