With some help from the locals we find an amazing free camp on the Ashburton River . The Ashburton River is located within the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the river in northwestern Western Australia, rising 225 km southwest of Nullagine on the south slopes of the Ophthalmia Range. It flows through a deep valley, southwest then northwest, entering the Indian Ocean near Exmouth Gulf after a sporadic course of about 640 km. We set up camp in the Bush company Roof top tent, Wayne does a spot of fishing lets see if he can land anything.
