Oakland CBDs Critical Partnerships - The City of Oakland

The Downtown Oakland Association and Lake Merritt/Uptown Association are Community Benefit Districts (CBDs) committed to revitalizing the heart of Downtown Oakland, California. Their efforts include district maintenance, safety and security management, and community and cultural enrichment. The Oakland CBDs seek to foster an environment where businesses thrive, art flourishes, and residents and visitors alike can enjoy all that downtown Oakland has to offer. This video was created in conjunction with a keynote presentation that was delivered at the 4th Annual Breakfast Meeting. The 4th Annual Breakfast Meeting was held on Thursday, June 13th 2013, at the Kaiser Center Auditorium. The Community Benefits District hosted, "Celebrating What's Right With Oakland" at its 4th Annual Breakfast Meeting. Local business owners, city officials and community members where welcomed to attend this free event. There was also an award ceremony to thank the AMAZING AMBASSADORS who help keep our city safe and clean. TR Proz collaborated with the District Manager of Downtown Oakland Association, the talented Steve Snider, to create 4 feature videos for the keynote presentation.
