Here is a full transcription of the video: Another great feature of the system is the ability to create your own practice-specific billing rules, for scrubbing purposes of all of your claims. I created one in the system and I'm going to show you how simple it works. So here my provider has finalized a visit for a patient, as a biller I'm going to go down below and I'm going to review it. So here I can see everything looks OK so I'm going to cue this up for clearinghouse submission. Once I queue it up and go into my claims tab, I'm going to see if that clinical bill that I just queued up for submission has passed my scrubbing rule. And down below, low and behold I can see that it has failed. Now I can click on the icon and the system is going to tell me exactly why it failed. So here I created a simple scrubbing rule. This is not true. This is just a scrubbing rule that I've created where it's telling me that this payer does not allow for two modifiers. As a biller, I can go in. I can now correct that and remove one of those modifiers as stated in that scrubbing rule. Once I do and save this, the system will automatically rescrub this clinical bill for me. So now it's clean to go out as a claim to the payer, and I know there is no delay in my receivables and there it is.
