Budvel Land Auctions Fetch Rs 41.25 crore Per Acre.The state government on Thursday raked in Rs 3,625 crore from the auction of 100 acres in Budvel. This is an all-time single-day record in Telangana. So far, the highest revenue churner was the Neopolis phase 2, Kokapet, auction held earlier this month. Conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), the state earned Rs 3,319 crore with the highest bid touching a new high of Rs Rs 100 crore per acre.
