This is (PS-30) the final video in the motorcycle cornering techniques series created by John Macdonald from ProScot driver and rider training Ltd. In this video John builds on the theory covered previously on gears, throttle control and braking. He uses both theory and practical onboard demos to demonstrate how much more efficient a motorcycle will slow with effective use of gears to improve acceleration sense, throttle control and acceleration. John also demonstrates the difference in braking efficiency between the use of rear brake only and front brake only during an emergency stop in the dry and with both brakes combined.
