Y'know Toothy being a crybaby or sensitive is part of his character but it doesn't mentioned much, since that’s actually been added ever since season 2. Then when handling Toothy in TV series, Ken Pontac mentioned that he and other HTF writers having a hard time developing him. But despite that he’s being sensitive, he still pretty much a normal guy and I'm surprised that people hasn't mentioned or noticed about Toothy being sensitive. (Just some ranting moment for Flaky) Whenever some fans thought about Flaky’s personality, it's always them being a crybaby which is not really in their character to cry that much. Then for most fans making fan content with Flaky, whenever Flippy's around, they're just gonna cry a lot. Flaky never does that btw, if you want real Flaky, they're just gonna distances away from him like in Without a Hitch. That's it.
