MISCA 2024 Race 6 - Heritage

The 2024 MISCA State Championship is here! Annie had another strong start, but shortly after entering the single track she clipped a tree with her handlebars. She bounced to the other side of the trail where a downed tree was waiting for her. It was a pretty hard crash but she didn't waste any time getting back up and into the race. She was able to get back up to third place quickly and held that position for the rest of the race. She finished with a third place medal in the race, and second overall in the State Championship! Michaela had her best race yet, finishing second, and Aviana took home first overall. This has been an amazing season. Annie set some hard goals and achieved many of them, including winning her first race ever. She made a lot of new friends from all over the state and has a great group of girls that she will be riding and competing with for years to come.
