賽馬會“創不同”社會創新實驗室 【本地旅行實驗室｜“在地時光” 試行日回顧】 01.2021-08.2021 對你來說，香港製造代表什麼？是八十年代盛產的塑膠花？抑或是九十年代、揚威海外的喜劇電影？ 或許，對上水貨鋪負責人羅庭輝來說，是本地栽種的新鮮食材、以及香港製造的加工食品；對志記鎅木廠負責人王鴻權來說，是一手一腳打造、承載匠人精神的木工牌子；對前咖啡店 ATMA 店主廖康兆來說，是親子培植的多肉植物，以及香濃的手冲咖啡。 本地旅行實驗室團隊去年帶領參加者深入北區的圍村、本地小店及工場，透過建立旅人和在地居民的關係，推動本土產業的發展，一同摸索、思考可持續發展的營運模式。希望觀看片段後，可以找出屬於你的香港製造！ Jockey Club Make A Difference Social Lab 【 Local Tourism Lab｜RECAP: Time in Sheung Shui】 10.07.2021 What does “Made in Hong Kong” mean to you? Is it the plastic flowers in the 1980s? Or the comedies in the 1990s ? For Dream Law, the owner of Bewater Mart, it is the locally-grown ingredients and processed food made in Hong Kong; for Wong Hung Kuen, the owner of Chi Kee Sawmill & Timber, it is the handmade carpentry craftsmanship; for Liu Hong Siu, the former owner of coffee shop ATMA, it is the self-cultivated potted plants and hand-brewed coffee. Last year, the Local Tourism Lab dived deep into North District with Labbers to explore villages, local stores and workshops engraved in Sheung Shui. Through building bridges between travellers and natives, we attempt to revive the local industries and explore sustainable tourism models for our community.
