This New Tuning Failed To Impress Me…

Tokoyami is the new character added to Season 15 of My Hero Ultra Rumble and with him comes a brand new tuning skill called Black Arm. Today I’m going to be making a new Strike Hawks build with the tuning and testing how effective it can be. I’m gonna be honest it didn’t seem anything too crazy. It grants you hyperarmor while doing a finisher and also grants you some health as wel if your successful. But there’s a lot of weakness. You still take the same damage so you can be bursted down before getting it off, you still have to actually make it to the enemy to start the finisher meaning you won’t always be able to make it there, down power can also knock you out of it if it’s built up quick enough along with grabs outright countering it. I’ve heard it denies instant revives which is pretty good and it also makes finishing downed enemies in storm more practical. But even still it just didn’t seem anything to crazy and in fact I think if I wanted an HP recovery tuning I would use HP Sucker instead since you get the same healing but on a down instead.
