It's a question older than time, but if you stick with me here in this video, I'm gonna share with you three different strategies, three ways to ask for these reviews, and make sure that you get one versus just missing the opportunity altogether, which is probably what's happening with your competition. Before we jump into it, I want to share with you that in the description below this video, there's a link to a playlist. In that playlist, this YouTube playlist, we have all of our videos around reviews, review, getting software automations, things like that to help you up your game and get more reviews online. Let's jump into it. Your customers that are older and less tech savvy, that are having a problem or difficulty leaving you a review online. It's not that they're not willing, it's just that there's a lot of friction and a lot of things that are in the way mentally or physically that are preventing them from doing so. And so the number one ingredient to successfully getting these reviews is training your staff, training your technicians on how to ask, and making sure that they have the time and the patience to follow through to get them. Again, your competition. If it's too hard, they're just giving up. But if you train your staff accordingly, that's the number one way that you will actually get these reviews without the training and things I'm gonna share with you here, it's just not gonna happen. So the first thing you wanna educate your techs to do is happens right after they make their ask for the review. This should be part of your process anyway. There's a ton of videos in that playlist about process, so I'm not gonna go into that in detail here. When they're asking for that first review, after the invoice is paid, they're going to get their first objection, which is, I'm not really that tech savvy. They're not gonna say “I'm old”, they're gonna say, “I'm not really tech savvy”, or, “I'm not online” and your technician will start the inquiry that will lead to a review. It's a three-step process.
