Vlog 86 - Huel, A love hate diet story from the the beginning Hi All First of all, apologies for the long gap between uploads Between family, not having a space to vlog/edit in, building a garage and general procrastination, here is my second attempt to stick to a diet for more than a month. This time around I plan to stick to the diet for as long as possible but this time around & to make it a little more manageable, I will be allowing myself 1 day off a month from the diet and also tea/coffee are still on the menu (mmmmm Tassimo!) Furthermore, unlike my previous attempt (last year) I shall be adding in actual training, but lets not get too carried away, were just starting with a few push-ups every hour and cycling to and from work, further down the line the training will evolve into more, however the specifics of this are tbc!
