In January 2025 visited the beautiful town of Siwa, an oasis in the western Sahara region of Egypt, here is my vlog of my experience. In this video I will share useful information on how to buy a bus ticket for Siwa, where to go to catch the bus, how long the journey takes and how comfortable it is. I also share budget friendly options for traveling to Siwa, including the hostel I stayed in and the cheap local food i ate - lots of koshary! I visit the Siwa fortress in the rain and talk to some local people and wander round the town.
