Hey Y’all, Here’s a great pound cake with summer flavors! I will post a Keto recipe later this week, but in the meantime for those who are not eating Keto…a pound cake. 🥰 Ingredients : 8 oz cream cheese softened 3 sticks butter softened 2 1/2 cups sugar 6 eggs 3 cups flour 1 tsp each, vanilla, strawberry and lemon extracts 2 cups chopped strawberries Juice of half lemon 2 tbsps sugar Glaze: 4 strawberries chopped and mashed Juice of half a lemon 4 tbsp soft butter 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar This cake turned out great a the family loved it.
