The Subversion of American Democracy

There has been a movement to subvert America's Democracy since the 1930s. This movement is pushed by what I call the Super-Rich cabals. A group that has at its core the desire to take control of our government for to sole purpose of eliminating all regulations except the ones that are designed to protect property or assets and personal protection. Everything else these cabals want to be under the thumb of the Super-Rich capitalists. In effect, they want to turn our country into a pure capitalist state. This includes wiping out any socialistic programs like Social Security, income tax, Environmental Protection, Consumer Protection, Occupational Safety and Health, Medicare, and Medicaid. To do this requires they fund their chosen party, the Republican party, establishing individuals who would change our current laws to achieve their objectives. Just one problem. We are a democracy, and each American citizen has one vote. Those votes have equal weight regardless of how rich or poor you are, what gender you are, what religion you are, what race you are, etc. So these cabals had to find a way to overcome Democracy.
