Mr. Sheikh is the Managing Partner of the firm having standing of almost twenty years specializing in litigation, arbitration and regulatory practices. His areas of practice include taxation, commercial law, corporate law, international economic law, administrative law, white-collar crimes, intellectual property, insurance, media, energy and drugs regulation. He has a diverse clientele which includes both resident as well as non-resident corporations and joint ventures, who have been advised or represented by him in complex litigation, arbitrations, negotiations and transactional matters. Mr. Sheikh has been elected as a Member of the apex regulatory body of legal profession in Pakistan i.e. Pakistan Bar Council, for a term of five years commencing January 2016. He has been elected as Chairman of the Rules Committee as well as Human Rights Committee.
