Description The Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council in partnership with Tourism HR Canada invites you to an exclusive webinar showcasing the new Workforce Management Engine (WME) - an interactive industry-validated database designed to redefine workforce planning and competency development across Canada’s tourism sector. During this webinar, you’ll learn how the competency-based system is designed to meet tourism’s current and future workforce challenges. You’ll also experience a guided tour on how to explore the available tools including Job Comparisons, Customized Occupational Profiles and Skills Checklists. You’ll get a guided walkthrough of the WME’s modules, user guides, and support resources and also have the opportunity to discover how employers and HR professionals can leverage the site to build, assess, and align workforce competencies.
