With their second album "Pillars for the Dying", the band has carved out a colder, tighter, and more mature direction - equal parts old-school aggression and grim atmosphere. They changed their sound to a more rhythmic and technical one, almost abandoning the simpler or crustier sound, trying to embrace Death and Thrash metal to evolve further.
