Changing out oil solenoid stems on an R Series Trane RTUD chiller

We had a mixture of issues with oil on this R Series chiller. Oil within the circuit would migrate within the chiller barrel and not flow throughout the system nor settle in the oil seperator. It turns out that these load/ unload oil solenoids were at fault. With prior testing, one solenoid would open and close normally with the other stem not moving at all or intermediately by system pressures. The process to change these solenoid stems are simple enough. Recover the refrigerant from the circuit leaving a slight positive pressure on the circuit via nitrogen to prevent non-condensibles from entering the circuit via the venturi effect. As an aid and seal, I used a slight dab of Loctite 515 to allow the gaskets to seat properly on the solenoid stems itself and to prevent any future leaks down the road.
