बारा बनाउने सजिलो तरिका : _________________________________ ½ kg black lentils (soaked for 7-8 hour) Peel the skin from soaked lentils Add the black lentils into a blender jar Add salt as per the taste 3-4 garlic cloves Small sized ginger 2 tbsp water Blend everything and make a fine paste Let’s prepare plain bara Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan Now add black lentil paste in a pan In a low medium flame cook for 3-4 minutes Flip it and cook for another 3-4 minutes Now plain bara is ready Let’s prepare egg bara In a low medium flame cook for 3-4 minutes Add an egg on the top Add chopped cilantro Flip it and cook for another 3-4 minutes Let’s prepare Chicken bara We need ½ lb Chicken keema or as you required Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic Chopped cilantro Chopped green chilies (optional) ½ tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder Salt as per the taste ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp turmeric powder Mix it well Again, add oil in a pan Top with the marinade chicken In a low medium flame cook for 3-4 minutes Flip it and cook for another 5-6 minutes Bara is ready to be served Enjoy!!! _________________________________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
