Transcription: Hello, my name is Dr. Jason Hamed and I'm one of the cofounders of The Chiropractic Wellness Connection. I first want to say thank you for making a new patient appointment at our office but I also want to let you know what to expect in your first day here. Upon arriving, you'll be greeted by one of our front desk team and afterward you'll begin filling out your new patient application form. Now, after you fill out your new patient application form you'll then receive an office tour during that tour you're going to learn a little more about who we are but also the services that we provide here in the office. After your tour, you'll then begin consultation and examination. The whole focus of that is to find out if we can help you. If we can, we will tell you. If we can't, we will tell you that as well and we will refer you out somewhere that can help you.
