A new song I wrote this evening, just feeling inspired by life lately. :) I was clockwatching when you drew breath in And you leaned closer, and whispered in my ear That there's nothing to fear. From life without you, I was all about you and your Bright, bright sparkling eyes, And in a moment, it flickers and dies. And though the air is still, I know I never will Catch my breath as the dawn mist embraces me And this is barely real, but it's all I feel So I watch the clock as she's stolen from me. There are two ways and there are rare days When I wonder if there is a light that shines straight through the night and its our beacon, so without speaking, we weigh anchor And sail into the loneliest ocean we knew.
