This tutorial can be used for any of those blankets. This video does not replace the pattern. Please refer to the pattern when making this video. US Terminology Finished Size: 12 rounds will make a lovey sized blanket, keep going and make a blanket as big as you want. Skill Level: Easy Materials: Approximate yardage for 2 common sizes and weights: For DK or #3 weight yarn you will need approximately 1300 yards for a 40” baby blanket and 2300 yards for a 60” throw-sized blanket. For Worsted or #4 weight yarn you will need approximately 1000 yards for a 40” baby blanket and 2000 yards for a 60” throw-sized blanket. For #5 Weight you will need 800-1200 yards for a 60" blanket. Gauge: varies depending on your yarn.
