The treatment for fibroids depends on the main concern which is bothering the woman such as infertility, pain or heavy bleeding. Regarding infertility, if the fibroid is lying outside known as subserosal fibroid then it should be left but mucosal fibroid should be removed hysteroscopically and intramural fibroids which are large than 4 cm should also be removed.
