Adenium arabicum uprooted. What For?

The northeast monsoon is expected to be severe this year. It may last till the end of December or even into mid-January. Since we won’t be around to look after the garden, we decided to uproot the Adenium arabicums and keep them without soil. Heavy rains could lead to overwatering. That means we may also miss the peak flowering season, which affects pollination and seed setting. The plants will be repotted once the monsoon ends. Please note — the monsoon is expected to be quite severe this year. May extend into the first half of winter in our state. The usual flowering wil not be during this period, So we’ve decided to follow this method.
