A discussion and Q&A panel addressing the Aspergillus Subcommittee White Paper. Hosted by the CANY Cultivation Committee on August 7th, 2023. To address the concerns of the current NYS Aspergillus sp. testing requirements, the CANY Cultivation Committee created a subcommittee to work in collaboration with Dr. Daniela Vergara from the Harvest NY team at Cornell Cooperative Extension and other Industry experts, to write a White Paper on the topic. This includes recommendations to the OCM on best practice testing protocols based on current scientific research. On Thursday, June 15th after the CCB meeting in Buffalo, the group met for the first time.
