Jackfruit is now in season. I picked two yound jackfruit and made adobong langaka(jackfruit adobo). Robina, came to accompany me. One thing I really love living in the countryside is the abundance of ingredients that can be used un cooking. Since I was a kid, I saw people in my village cook young jackfruit. I grew up eating it as viand.
