a.k.a. A Busy Morning in Sherman. Train #1: We start at the bridge walkway as a mixed freight crawls into the yard, with 8 diesels! The engines are 9688 and 9657 (both SD70MACs), 4196 (C44-9W), 6704 and 7155 (both ES44C4s), NS 7603 (ES40DC), 1570 (SD40-2R), and 9658 (SD70MAC). Train #2: Sometime later, CEFX 9486 (SD45R) smokes by the cavalcade and heads north with DGNO 3368 (SD40-2), MNA 3025 (GP40-3) and a small freight. Train #3: Next, a local is pushed south through town by switchers 2813 (GP39M) and 2657 (GP39-3). Sorry for the minor shaking. Train #4: Clouds have moved in as the DGNO trio from earlier return and reverse into the BNSF yard for switching. Train #5: Finally, after DGNO finishes their duties, another switching train arrives for a reverse move to the yard, led by a very shiny 3819 (ET44C4) and 5276 (C44-9W). (If you ask me, it seems strange to have such big engines on switching moves.)
