Step 3: Shape the Momos 🔄 Roll out the dough into thin sheets. 🥟 Cut out small circles using a bowl or cutter. 👩🍳 Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center. 🔘 Fold and seal the edges, shaping them into dumplings. Step 4: Cook the Momos 🔥 Heat a pan and add a few drops of cooking oil. 🥟 Place the momos in the pan and lightly fry them. 💦 Add some water, cover, and cook on low-medium heat. ✅ Once the water evaporates and the momos turn from white to off-white, they are ready!
