Built in the 17th century, this manor was home to generations of knights, scholars, and landowners who expanded its halls, carved their crests above doorways, and left behind centuries of history. By the late 20th century, a couple dreamed of restoring the estate into a rural guesthouse, but their plans quietly faded. In 2004, they left without ceremony, leaving behind a house that still feels lived in, folded linens, family portraits, handwritten letters, and entire rooms frozen in time. Inside the music room, however, we made an extraordinary discovery: one of the largest collections of abandoned medieval weaponry we’ve ever encountered, complete with blades, shields, and a full suit of armour still standing guard. Local folklore whispers of hidden treasure sealed in the cellar walls during the Napoleonic Wars, and of a Lady in White who appears at the windows on moonlit nights. Truth or legend? That remains uncertain. For now, the “Armour Palace” stands silent, guarded by its faithful knight of steel. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SOCIALS: TikTok ► / brosofdecay Instagram ► / brosofdecay Facebook ► / brothersofdecay ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Support us: Merch ► https://www.brosofdecay.com Patreon ► / brosofdecay Paypal ► https://paypal.me/lesleyhouben #advertisement
