Blairadam Forest Burns 06-11-2025 This is a Robert A Hunter Video The video is in 4k so please make sure your YouTube settings is at its highest setting so you can view the video at its best. Before I start with the following information I should mention the I sometimes get mixed up with the names of the two routes mentioned below. So hopefully you don`t get to confused if I get them wrong. In this video I have only the Burns that I have seen in Blairadam Forest, also the reason for this compilation video is because the water on the Burns are deeper and more powerful than I remember having seen before. I`m sorry If you maybe get a bit fed of all the videos that I take of Blairadam Forest but I will probably continue to do so. Because I find no matter how many times that I visit Blairadam Forest, I always find it Beautiful especially the Red and Green routes. That’s not to say that the other routes are not Beautiful because they are, but just not as Beautiful The 2 Burns in the first section are on the Green Route are the Lochornie Burn and the Pieries Burn which makes up the Kelty Burn further downstream. The next section is in the Red Route is the Kelty Burn, which is made up from the Lochornie Burn and the Pieries Burn a little further up stream. The Kelty Burn undulates from one side of the Red Route path to the other via bridges for the full length of the route. There are other routes that I do but normally regularly but that doesn’t mean they are not nice as well, there just not as nice as the Green & Red Routes. In my opinion anyway! There is another Burn in another route running sort of parallel to the left of the main car park and across the main road down to the car park. The Burn in this route which I do not know the name of, that`s if it has a name. The Burn is called Drumnagoil Burn
