There are a lot of things we won't be able to control about how world events affect our lives. This week we are already seeing higher gas prices, we might see higher prices at the store. We see emotions and opinions from all different perspectives when we turn on media. If this war goes on for very long, we will likely see violence in our streets where it hasn't been before; we could experience supply shortages; we could experience threatening words and behavior from people in our community that makes us afraid to go out. We can't control any of these things and how they affect us physically, but we can control how they affect us mentally and spiritually.
