Mass Crush Swirly Pies - thank you part 6 (and final) 💕

Hello lovelies, I’ll keep this short (ish😅) because I’m so frustrated. I missed my flight back to Geneva last night due to the rail strikes going on in London yesterday. In fact the whole day was super difficult getting from and to the airport, I spent hours in transit. I ended up taking a black cab all the way from Hyde Park (where my meetings were) to Gatwick airport (my londoners will know what this means in money terms 🤦‍♀️) only to miss the plane. Actually the plane was delayed by more than an hour so if the guy there would just have let me through security I would have made it - but no - he didn’t because he didn’t think I would make it to the gate on time. After they were late for more than an hour he couldn’t spare me a few minutes to make a run for it? I started to cry a little because Id had the longest day and just wanted to get home 😢. Anyways i mustered up courage and I booked the earliest flight out of there this morning. I had to get from Gatwick to Luton (another couple hours by taxi) and so I slept at an airport hotel for the night since the flight was at 7am and could not afford to miss that one too, I barely even slept. All this to say thank God I made it home safe despite all the disappointment and tiredness. My ony agenda today is to rest. I really hope you enjoy these swirly pies. I used FP chalk powder for them and it’s incredibly powdery and yummy. There are so many other textures I’d wanted to do for our thank you series but I figured I did homemade blocks recently + I kind of did the UPJoe texture recently too when I reformed the A chalk into those delicious puffy squares. So I thought the only texture that’s been MIA for a bit is our beloved Swirlies. I love them so much and I hope to do more of these pies soon. I hope you enjoy this and I’ll catch you next week. I may take a few days off but I will surely post some shorts as I’ve been meaning to try some stuff hehe.
