What Happened to Emazinglights?

Emazinglights is at its end! How did a $15 million company built around gloveset and orbit hardware, LED poi, and featured on Shark Tank come to the point of closing down? Lots of people who enjoy their lightshow and rave life are understandably experiencing a wide range of emotions right now and I'm going to do my best to explore some reasons why the company may be shutting down.
