His compositions range over operas, ballets, orchestral suites, choral songs, chamber music, and transcriptions of Italian compositions of the 16th–18th centuries, but his best known and most performed works are his three orchestral tone poems which brought him international fame: Fountains of Rome (1916), Pines of Rome (1924), and Roman Festivals (1928). "Pezzi, P. 62" refers to the musical work "Pezzi, P. 62" by the Italian composer Ottorino Respighi. The work is a set of five pieces for violin and piano and includes: No. 1, Romanza No. 2, Aubade No. 3, Madrigale No. 4, Berceuse No. 5, Humoresque The piece of this video, "Aubade (Pezzi, P. 62)", is the second piece of the Respighi's Pezzi, P. 62.
