In the last video, I talked about pacing and how matching the pace of safety helps prevent pressure from forming in the first place. This video is about something even more subtle: the early signs that safety is starting to erode. Most relationships don’t become unstable because of one big event. Safety usually fades in small, almost unnoticeable shifts—changes in tone, effort, ease, and nervous-system responses. In this video, I talk about how to recognize those early signs, why most people miss them, and how responding with presence instead of urgency can change the entire dynamic. This channel isn’t about tactics, scripts, or control. It’s about grounded masculinity, nervous-system regulation, and learning how to stay steady in closeness, distance, and uncertainty. In the next video, I’ll talk about why reassurance sometimes creates more anxiety instead of less—and how to tell the difference.
