I Thought Leopards Didn't Like Water! 😱

Watch my latest Mashatu episode here:    • Is Mashatu Worth Visiting for Big Cats? We...   I saw these two boisterous and water-loving leopards at Mashatu Game Reserve in Botswana in February this year. They are the sub-adult cubs of the White Cliffs leopard female that lives in the area around Mashatu Lodge, and on this rainy morning, they didn't seem phased by the rain and water in the stream at all. In fact, they seemed to love it! We watched these young leopards play in the rain for well over an our and laughed every time they picked up a stone from the water. Their mother was out hunting, so they were all alone...and luckily for us, not worried about our presence at all.
