To also be fair, you can tell most of the Part 4 characters were just thrown here because they were playable in the last game (or in Part 1 for Vika's case), and they had no idea where to weave them in organically. Next part will be the final preps along with the endgame tower, with battle animations on. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The original idea was to do Hard mode, but after trying it for a few chapters off screen, I forgot how tedious it was. Compared to normal mode, you cannot view enemy movements, which is annoying for tiles and ledges where it takes extra movement to close so unless you memorize every movement pattern and type, then good luck on that. It also removes the weapon triangle so combat acts more like early Fire Emblem, which makes a lot of characters worse while some get a bit better from that (Marcia for example at the start of Pt 2). It also disables map affinity, meaning certain characters lose out on 5 hit and avoid if there affinities match, so that's kinda whatever. There is a patch to reenable all those features for hard mode, but that's only for the PAL version of Radiant Dawn and not the US version that I did FE 9 and now FE 10 with. So I decided to keep it at normal mode with transfer bonuses from FE 9 this time, but any future runs will be the PAL versions. I also will be playing with no clears, so no secret characters. If anything, it'll make the game harder to not have the only dark magic user and a staff bot at the final chapter. This game also has a bunch of hidden items, so I will be using a guide to get most of them. Good chunk of them are coins, which while I will be transferring 10 or so, I'll get them in Pt 3, so getting these coins early on will still be useful.
