Here's an overview of the updated structure: Preliminary Exam: Total Duration: 1 hour (60 minutes) Sections: English Language: 40 questions, 40 marks, 20 minutes Quantitative Aptitude: 30 questions, 30 marks, 20 minutes Reasoning Ability: 30 questions, 30 marks, 20 minutes Note: Each incorrect answer incurs a penalty of 0.25 marks. Main Exam: Total Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes) for Objective Test; 30 minutes for Descriptive Test Objective Test Sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 40 questions, 60 marks, 50 minutes Data Analysis & Interpretation: 30 questions, 60 marks, 45 minutes General/Economy/Banking Awareness: 60 questions, 60 marks, 45 minutes English Language: 40 questions, 20 marks, 40 minutes Descriptive Test: Content: Communication Skills, including Emails, Reports, Situation Analysis, and Precis Writing Marks: 50 Duration: 30 minutes Note: Each incorrect answer in the objective test incurs a penalty of 0.25 marks. Key Changes: Prelims: The English Language section now carries more weight, with 40 marks, while Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability are allocated 30 marks each. Mains: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: Increased to 60 marks. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Now 30 questions worth 60 marks. General/Economy/Banking Awareness: Expanded to 60 questions for 60 marks. English Language: Reduced to 20 marks. Total Questions: Increased to 170.
