52" Casablanca Four Seasons III ceiling fans

Not to be confused with Casablanca Four Seasons which is a complete different series. Four Seasons III series started as Pasadena Four Seasons then Casablanca Four Seasons II then Casablanca Four Seasons III. These fans are located in a food court. These fans apparently replaced pre-1993 Casablanca given the recalled Hang-Tru on one of them. They weren't used for years, and apparently someone had to pull the chains to turn on the fans. Two of the fans had the chain broken off, and apparently someone was able to stick the thing on the chain switch to pull those chains. They started using them last year (neither one that aren't above the balcony were used), then apparently turned them off for winter, then used them again including one of two that aren't above the balcony, but the other one still is off/doesn't work. The other one that is off was also off when others were used last year, so there is a high chance it doesn't work. The ones that are on blow good amount of air, without much wobble. One fan is shown on low, other running one that isn't above the balcony is either on medium or has a bad capacitor or both, but it's more like fast medium. Rest of running ones are shown on high.
