Healthcare Stories BTS Patient Interviews

Behind the Scenes video from a recent Dental media package shoot done by Healthcare Stories, a department inside The Couch Fort media company. This video is intended to help dental offices and testimonial patients to know what to expect during the interview process. A typically takes 20 - 30 minutes to film a patient testimonial, which we call "Patient Stories." The first 10 - 15 minutes, which is covered in this video, is the actual interview. After that, we like to shoot "b-roll" to make the video more interesting (which will be covered in our next BTS video). B-Roll often includes shots of the patient in the office, as if there for an appointment. We like to get shots of the patient, checking in at the front desk, getting brought to the back by an assistant, interacting with the doctor, etc. Think of B-Roll like the interview's clothing. It goes over the video to cover up parts we'd rather other people not see. This video could also be very helpful to dentists looking for tips on how to conduct their own patient testimonials.
