The NE 250 is a stunning tourist route through Aberdeenshire and Moray. We wanted to explore Scotland as cheaply as possible and make sure that everything we did was Dog Friendly! So we opted to visit all the outdoor tourist attractions such as the beeches, forests, castles and rivers. Most of our itinerary was absolutely FREE!!! We saved all the locations to a handy google map, so if you want to explore them as well you can use it as a guide. Eventually we would love to start a blog and we will make sure to cover a Dog Friendly Outdoor Activity guide on there for you as well! In this video we pick up our VW Campervan, take a scenic drive along the NE250 stopping at: Forvie National Nature Reserve - Where we wanted to take a walk to Hackley Bay, but we were attacked by midges!!! Cruden Bay & Port Erroll - Which is a historic fishing village on a very picturesque port. Slains Castle - Which had an epic Game of Thrones vibe to the ruins. Bullers o' Buchan - Which is a collapsed sea cave, and was a very pretty short stop. Buchan Ness Lighthouse - The final stop on this video, we just did a quick drive past because we were losing light. We did manage to take some beautiful photos of all of these locations which are displayed over on our instagram.
