For more recipes visit our website : rajivantintiruchulu.com Description yellow cucumber - medium size -1 2 medium size tomatoes green chillies -4-5 coriander- tamarind pulp- 1 tbs salt as per taste turmeric powder- 1/4 tbs for tempering - 1 tbs fenugreek seeds 1 tbs chana dal 1/2 tbs urad dal 1/2 tbs mustard seeds asafoetida - 1/4 tbs oil- 3 tbs heat oil...add all tempering ingredients...take it into a bowl..along with asafoetida.... in the same pan...heat 1 tbs oil...add cucumber pieces...saute for 4 min...add tomatoe pieces also....saute for till they turn soft.. put all the tempering ingredients in a mixie jar...along with green chillies...tamarind pulp...salt...turmeric ...grind them for few seconds....then add cucumber pieces(separate them from tomatoes...as they are in medium big size)...grind them few seconds.... add tomatoes along with coriander...grind it for few seconds... the texture of the chutney will be very good.... it goes very well with rice...chapathies....millets...quinoa....and sandwitches......
