Not a whole lot of new information here on the Council of Vapor Mini Volt. Just a couple of corrections to make about the original review I posted as well as my take on the device after another several weeks' use as well as my opinions on it with a new and really great tank, The Pico RTA. Also I'll quickly review the tank. This is a GREAT, 1:1 clone of the authentic Pico RTA (the authentic RTA being made by YellowKiss). Awesome little guy.
