The All Terrain Sound is a weatherproof, rugged and versatile bluetooth speaker with 12 hour battery life for those long hikes, or lazy days floating on your raft. Great little bluetooth speaker to take backpacking or attach to your kayak. It's carabiner style handle let you grab and go or grab and hang. It looks like a small tire because it is round and the rubber edges on teach side look like tire treads. This design is what gives the speaker its rugged disposition. A little water won't phase this speaker since it is IPX5 rated.. .able to withstand streams of water from all directions. Just make sure the ports cover is firmly seated though. Built-in carabiner clip lets you clip this to lots of points... like a loop on your backpack or a belt loop. Included suction cup lets you stick the speaker to a shower wall or the deck of your kayak. Speaker includes Micro USB charging cable and 3.5mm male to male Aux cable so you can use an MP3 player or other non-bluetooth device with the speaker. Sound is pleasant but lacks low end. Otherwise it has a nice crisp sound and it can be played while it is connected to a USB power source during charging. The handsfree feature works well too so you can have your smartphone safely stowed yet still be able to take calls.
