2026 Market Forecast: What's Selling, What's Not.

Looks like 2026 might be a repeat of 2025 with slower sales activity and prices trending slightly lower. Good quality homes that are priced right will continue to sell fairly quickly. Overpriced homes that are tenanted or don’t show well are going to sit and just rack up days on market with little to no interest. Thanks to all the viewers and commenters on all my videos.
