We did our energy exchange today where we found that the energy of anguish was what would most benefit from clearing today, and the energy of hope was what we wanted to call in and its place. So now that we’ve done that work, we dive into our spiritual response, technique charts, to explore the subconscious reasons behind this anguish and the blocks we have to our hope. And doing this research, we found that it was subconscious mental chatter telling us that we weren’t good enough or smart enough or perfect enough to pursue what we wanted, which is creating a feeling of loss and separation.
