We start our day at the service plaza just outside of McAlester, Oklahoma on the Indian Nation Turnpike as we begin the journey north. From there we roll through Tulsa and make our way over to I-35, continuing our run toward Nebraska. Along the way we stop in Russell, Kansas for a quick 30-minute break before getting back on the road and continuing northbound. After nightfall we finally cross into Nebraska, pushing through the evening miles. Around 8:00 PM we roll into the spot we picked out to park for the night and start our 10-hour break, and that’s where we wrap up the day on this run from McAlester, OK to Lexington, NE.
