True Story about my days delivering class A motor homes all across the country. This is about my first run from Fontana, CA to a small country dealership in Swanton Ohio. I was used to driving across country, but in my car. I couldn't take my car because I didn't have the right kind for a tow vehicle at the time. I knew that after I dropped off the motor home in Ohio that my exit plan would be to head over to Clear Lake Iowa where they made Winnebagos. But getting there turned out to be a bit of a challenge I hadn't foreseen. Obviously I made it, but it was touch and go there for awhile.
