No special skills needed — just basic ingredients and a little time! They turn out light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious 😍 Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet treat anytime. Ingredients: • 250 ml warm water • 8 g active dry yeast • 60 g sugar • 2 tsp flour • 450 g all-purpose flour • A pinch of salt • 50 ml vegetable oil • Filling of your choice (I used plum jam) • Oil for frying • Powdered sugar for dusting Instructions: Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, and 2 tsp flour. Let sit in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add sifted flour, salt, and oil. Knead until soft and smooth. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes, until doubled. Divide into pieces, fill with jam, and seal well. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
